Shipping, Returns and Exchanges


All orders shipped with free first class mail ship within 7-10 business days unless noted.  Some items are pre-order items that can take 3-4 weeks.  If you would like a shipping upgrade, or are on a tight time frame, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate your need.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped via USPS and will be forwarded to your countries post office. Certain countries will not provide tracking after it has left the US. Please contact your post office for further information.  Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Nicolette's Couture is not responsible for delays due to customs.


Unfortunately, Nicolette’s Couture does not currently offer refunds.  But, we accept returns on certain items for store credit.  Please see full details below.

Store Credit:          

You will have up to 14 days after items have been received by you to return for store credit only.  Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached and in it’s original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping and the cost of shipping new item.  If the returned items do not meet the above criteria, they will be discarded or customer can purchase shipping to have the item returned to them.  Please contact us at to retrieve a return form.

Certain items are not eligible for return for hygienic reasons including Swimwear, beanies/winter hats, headbands, socks, shoes.

If an error was detected on our part, returns will be accepted up to 7 days after you received the items and they MUST BE postmarked within that time frame.


If you would like to exchange for a different size, please contact us at to coordinate.  All exchanges must be coordinated within 14 days of receiving your product.  Customers are responsible for paying shipping on all exchanges.
