All orders ship first class mail within 7-10 business days unless noted. Some items are pre-order items that can take 3-4 weeks. If you would like a shipping upgrade, or are on a tight time frame, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate your need.
Unfortunately, Nicolette’s Couture does not currently offer refunds. But, we accepts returns on certain items for store credit. Please see full details below.
You will have up to 14 days after items have been received by you to return for store credit only. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached and in it’s original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping and the cost of shipping new item. If the returned items do not meet the above criteria, they will be discarded or customer can purchase shipping to have the item returned to them.
Certain items are not eligible for return for hygienic reasons including Swimwear, beanies/winter hats, headbands, socks.
If an error was detected on our part, returns will be accepted up to 7 days after you received the items and they MUST BE postmarked within that time frame.
If you would like to exchange for a different size, please contact us at email@example.com to coordinate. All exchanges must be coordinated within 14 days of receiving your product.
