Shipping:

All orders shipped with free first class mail ship within 7-10 business days unless noted.  Nicolette's Couture is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  Customers are responsible for having a secure mailbox at the address entered at checkout.   If you would like a shipping upgrade, or are on a tight time frame, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate your need.

 

International Shipping:

International orders are shipped via USPS and will be forwarded to your countries post office. Certain countries will not provide tracking after it has left the US. Please contact your post office for further information.  Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Nicolette's Couture is not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

Address Changes:

We do our best to accommodate address changes after an order is placed. You can contact us with address change requests at orders@nicolettescouture.com.  We are unable to guarantee address change requests.  If your order has already started the shipment process within our facility, address changes cannot be honored.  Orders placed with Priority Mail Express or Priority Mail are not allowed address changes, as these are prepared for shipment quickly in our facility. 

Cancellations:

We are unable to honor cancellation requests after your order is placed.

Refunds:

Nicolette’s Couture does not currently offer refunds.  But, we accept returns on certain items for store credit.  Please see full details below.

Store Credit:          

You will have up to 14 days after items have been received by you to return for store credit only.  Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached and in it’s original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping and the cost of shipping new item.  If the returned items do not meet the above criteria, they will be discarded or customer can purchase shipping to have the item returned to them.  Please contact us at orders@nicolettescouture.com to retrieve a return form.  A $6 restocking fee is deducted from your store credit per item returned. 

Certain items are not eligible for return for hygienic reasons including Swimwear, beanies/winter hats, headbands, hair bows, socks, shoes and leotards.

If an error was detected on our part, returns will be accepted up to 7 days after you received the items and they MUST BE postmarked within that time frame.

Final Sale:

Certain items in our shop are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns and exchanges. All items in our "Sale-Last Chance" Department are final sale.  Additionally, all items in our store ending in .00 are FINAL SALE. We often notate the words "FINAL SALE" in the listing description as well. If a return is attempted on a FINAL SALE item, it will be mailed back to the customer at the customer's expense.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange for a different size, please contact us at orders@nicolettescouture.com to coordinate.  All exchanges must be coordinated within 14 days of receiving your product.  Customers are responsible for paying shipping on all exchanges.
